How can I place an order?

Can I change my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to an order after it has been placed. However, please contact us immediately with your order number, and we will do our best to assist you.

Do you have a minimum order amount?

No, there’s no minimum order requirement—you can buy as little or as much as you like. Plus, orders over $200 qualify for free shipping!

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to track your shipment through the courier’s website.

The warehouse requires 1-4 business days for order processing. Once your order has been completed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. All domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost, which typically delivers within 2-4 business days. Rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

International orders

Lettermail (no tracking): 10–14 business days

Tracked parcel: 4–8 business days
